How to Avoid Getting Stranded

Woody’s Automotive Group is here for another helpful Tech Tuesday Tip! One thing everyone wants to avoid is being stranded on the side of the road with a dead car, the number 1 cause of stranded vehicles has to do with the battery dying. Make sure you service your battery regularly! Always check your tires, make sure they are inflated and in good condition, and never ignore the tire pressure warning light. Check your fluids, belts and hoses under the hood. And just in case something out of your control causes you to be stuck on the side of the road, pack an emergency roadside kit that consists of your cell phone, car charger, first aid kit, snacks, water, battery booster cables, reflectors, and depending on where you live, blankets.
