Can you tell the differences, by just looking at the pictures of a 2014 Ram 1500, and a 2015 Ram 1500?
Did you know that Ram was Motor Trends truck of the year in 2013 and 2014, which made them the first ever back to back champions? But how do they do it you ask? They acheived these high accomplishments by incorporating style, fuel efficency, technology, comfort, and conveniency in a different, more suprising way each year! Take the divergence from the 2014 Ram 1500, and this years 2015 Ram 1500, for example. The differences are undeviatingly amazing!

In 2014 everyone was amazed by the Ram 1500 offering 25 MPG, but don’t seem too shocked, because the 2015 Ram blew everyones mind with incorporating an eco-diesel engine that offers 28 MPG! WOW! That is as much as some small cars! Even with this 3.0 V6 eco-diesel engine the Ram is still capable to tow up to 10,360lbs, compared to last years 9,600lbs! Yeah, I know, mindblown! But how did they compose a truck to get better gas milage than most cars?
Have you heard of Active Air Grill Shutters? If you haven’t, you are going to be electrified! This system was first introduced in the Dodge Dart and Ram 1500 in 2013. What this system does, is it directs airflow around the vehicle, reducing drag and enabling fuel efficiency improvements. For situations such as: sitting in hot traffic, traveling uphill, or pulling a trailer, the shutters remain open and allows air to flow into the engine compartment for optimal engine cooling. Which yes, this feature was offered in the 2014 Ram too, but with this years eco-diesel engine, and the active grill shutters working together, it brings you that max of 28 MPG!
Trust me, Ram did not stop there with upgrades! Safety has always been a top priority to truck manufactorers. That’s why Ram decided to take safety to the next level, with incorporating Premium Automatic Highbeam Control Intellient Headlamps in their 2015 trucks. These headlamps use a state of the art CMOS light sensor to automatically switch your headlamps from high to low beam, whenever oncoming traffic is detected. This system is literally amazing in so many ways, for one, it will make your driving experience at night so much more relaxing, with this system you will not have to worry about turning your beam down. As well as this is a huge safety feature, for not only you, but for the oncoming traffic, because we all know that we forget to swich our beam from high to low sometimes, which is very dangerous for oncoming traffic!
