What to do: 1. Break the chocolate into small pieces. 2. Heat up the cream and coffee in your saucepan, low heat. 3. Continue stirring until it starts boiling around the edge of the pan. 4. Remove pan from heat and add chocolate to pan, stir until chocolate is completely melted. 5. Pour into the lined loaf tin asap and let cool, then chill for 2-4 hours. 6. Remove from pan and cut into 24 pieces. Turn each piece into a ball and place onto baking pan with wax paper. 7. Put the pan back into the refrigerator until you are ready to roll chocolates. 8. Melt about 2/3 of the chocolate over a pan of hot water to coat the truffles. 9. Remove from heat. 10. Roll a truffle in a circular motion until the chocolate is is covering the entire truffle. 11. After they are all dipped, you may repeat the dipping again to add a second coat. When finished allow your truffles to set and cool.
