You only need THREE small things to bring this adorable decoration to life!
- Different color choices of paint as well as plenty of white paint.
- Flower pot, size is your choice. Make sure that you take the plate that it sits on.
All you gotta do issssss–
Paint your pots white.
Paint the BOTTOM of the plates their bright color.
After it all dries of course add your white dots.
Find the perfect spot to place them.
BOOM!
