So, you are out looking for a new vehicle that will fit your family best, yet not sure where to start. Are you more in to the luxury that is provided or the Space? Let me show you two different vehicles that are commonly up against each other and then you can tell me which one you would prefer. Here we have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Chevrolet traverse. Both of these vehicles offer beauty, that’s for sure, but what exactly do they have to offer on the inside? Let’s breakdown each one and find out!
Jeep Grand Cherokee
This Jeep Grand Cherokee has a lot of luxury to offer! It has a 3.6L V6 FlexFuel Engine and a 8-Speed Automatic Transmission under the hood. I myself am not sure what that all means but the people that do I am sure will appreciate that information! There are so many great features I could talk about but I am just going to stick to the top three! You’re welcome!
- Sunroof: For those bright and breezy days that you just feel like letting your hair down and enjoying the day!
- Leather and Heated Seats: Obviously if you keep your tushy warm the rest of your body will be content and happy!
- Back Up Camera: This is the most important feature to keep all of your tiny forest friends or any humans safe that could be behind you!
Not to mention it could save you when backing into a parking spot.
Everyone watching will think, dang they are good, you don’t need to tell them you have a magic camera helping you out!
Chevrolet Traverse
This Chevrolet Traverse has the space of a small apartment! Offering up all of the practicality, space, and features that will make a big family happy! It comes equipped with a 3.6L SIDI V6 Engine and a 6- Speed Automatic Transmission. Now that we have the only thing the guy wants to hear out of the way, we can get to what is important to us girls! Bring on the accessories!
- Heated and Cooled Leather Seats: Yes!!!! This will keep the tush happy no matter what the weather is!
Love it!
- Third Row and Quad Seating: Double Wammy! Not only can you get around easy with the Quad Seats but you actually have that Third Row to accommodate all of those lovely children that God has blessed you with!
- Rear Spoiler: No more “Mom” look! You can actually look cool while hauling your brood around!
There you have it, the three most important features for each! So what is it that would make you purchase one of these lovely vehicles other than the features offered inside? Let me give you a look at the reasons that people usually choose one or the other.
Jeep Grand Cherokee
- Good Ground Clearance for rough terrain: You know just in case you feel adventurous and feel the need to fly!
- Better Drivetrain Traction: No this is not for driving on the train tracks. I said adventurous not crazy! This is a group of components that deliver power to the driving wheels.
- Power outlets: There are so many power outlets in here I am sure you could run Christmas lights if you wanted!
- Good Braking distance from 60 MPH: This is for those of you who forget to apply yours soon enough!
Chevrolet Traverse
- Ample Cargo Space: All of those soccer balls need to go somewhere!
- Rear Air Conditioning: This helps to keep the natives not so restless.
- More Passenger Seats: With kids comes friends and you always want to accommodate them all!
- Spacious Front Seats: When Momma is happy, everyone is happy!
With all of that said, have you decided which one you are more in to? I as a Mom would have to go after the Space, but at least the Chevrolet Traverse has the good looks to go with it as well! The Jeep Grand Cherokee however would be a great option too, especially for you Dad’s out there who still want the luxury with a good mix of adventure! Still having troubles deciding?
