Monday Munchies – Who wants a Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie?

Don’t have time for a yummy, filling breakfast to get your day started right? You definitely have time for these smoothies, and they’ll fill you up and keep you going. And did I mention that they’re really yummy?

For 2 servings you’ll need

  • Your blender
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana, broken into 3 or 4 parts
  • 14 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons white sugar (optional)

In your blender, mix the soy milk, strawberries, banana, and oats together. Add the vanilla extract and sugar if you wish. Blend into a smooth morning RUSH!
