Taco Cups!!! Cute, Little, and Delicious! Make life easier. Try this recipe out on game day, holiday appetizer, or even turn it into a meal for a fast, easy dinner night. Who doesn’t love tacos? All you need is a pound of ground beef, 1 pack of taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, a can of diced green chiles (optional), 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese, and 6 large flour tortillas! This will make 12 taco cups!
Set your oven to 375º F, brown your beef and drain when it is cooked thoroughly. Dump beef into a bowl then add your taco seasoning, tomatoes and green chiles. Mix all together. Then you will need to cut your tortillas into 4 small sized squares. Before you place them onto your muffin pan, you’ll want to spray nonstick spray onto the pan. (just a little) Place one of your tortilla squares into each muffin cup. Add 1-2 tablespoons of your taco mix to each tortilla cup. Once you are done with that place the rest of your tortilla squares into the top of the ones that are filled with your taco mixture, if you have any left over taco mix add that on top and add your cheese. Place a little cooking oil to the top of each cup! Place the pan in the oven and let them bake for 10-15 minutes or until the tortilla edges are golden brown! Once they are done baking you can serve and add all your regular taco toppings! ENJOY YOUR TACO CUP!
